Course Director

Maureen Fitzpatrick is a former primary school teacher with 20 years of teaching experience ranging from disadvantaged, to mainstream, to special education and has taught at every class level. She has also trained as a Neuro Developmental Therapist and her research into the lives of teachers led to her graduation with an honours master’s degree from Trinity College Dublin in 1999. She has also authored three primary school books and published several articles in the area of multiple intelligences.

Maureen has also worked as an in-service tutor in the Education Department of Trinity College Dublin and in the teaching practice department of St. Patrick’s College, Drumcondra.
